The huge experience and knowledge of our experts contributed to the selection of the WOLFF GROUP as the contractor for the complete dust and gas extraction system for two production lines by a leading manufacturer in the aluminium industry. It should be noted that this is not the first order from this company.
The investment will be implemented in a “turnkey” system – our team will design, supply, install and commission the extraction system. The system will be composed of two dust extractors working with four fans with the total performance of 4000 m3/h. The system will be installed with multiple various components, such as dampers, roof vents, exhausts, brackets and other structural elements. The filters and the system will be thermally insulated in aluminium jackets. The entire system will be fully automatic and supplied from a control cabinet.
What is important, the system will be designed in accordance with the requirements of the ATEX Directive for ST2 explosion class dusts, i.e. highly explosive dusts (explosion index Kst = 200-300 bar∙m/s).
Our competences in explosion safety will also enable protecting the system with decompression panels, return gates and rotary batchers – these are solutions limiting the effects of a potential explosion.
