Screening lines design and erection

We provide design, delivery of equipment and erection of screening lines for dusts, powders and granulates. We focus on screening materials that are difficult to handle and tend to clog the screens. For systems operating in explosion hazard zones, we provide solutions compliant with the ATEX directive requirements (screening of flammable and explosive products). On the other hand, as regards systems for food processing industry, we apply hygienic equipment.

Milling lines design and erection

We design and erect complete milling lines on micro and nano scale. Depending on the characteristics of the milled product we apply one of the three technologies: dry milling, wet milling or cryomilling (which is milling at low temperatures in order to increase brittleness of fusible, ductile or fibrous materials).

Systems and structures adjustment to ATEX directive requirements

Grupa Wolff specialises in the tasks which support customers in adjusting their plants to the binding explosion safety requirements. That frequently refers to equipment and systems which have operated for many years and which in the light of the currently binding regulations require adjustment to the up-to-date provisions of the ATEX 114 and ATEX 137 directives.

Depending on the customer needs, the work may start from preparing documents required by law, followed by system, structure or design inventory in order to determine deficiencies and irregularities, as well as checking the structural strength of devices, and ending with providing physical protection of systems against explosion.
