Cell valves
Dosage valves
Cell valves (dosing valves) are used in a large part of the industry, in particular for the transport and dosing of bulk materials, pneumatic transport and dedusting installations.
We will answer questions about: offer, technical specification, delivery, assembly.
- Installation at the inlet to / outlet from filters, cyclones, silos, conveyors and other process apparatus
- Application in both the dosing process and directly in the pneumatic transport line
- Operation in explosion risk zones (20, 21, 22 inside and 21, 22 outside the valve)
- Decoupling explosions with pressure of up to 10 bar (g)
- ATEX 95 certificate for the following zones: 22, 21 outside the valve 22, 21, 20 inside the valve
- Certified explosion decoupling (cut-off) system – the feeder provides for stopping of the flame
- impingement and is resistant to an impact of (reduced) explosion pressure of up to 10 bar(g)
Flange sizes: DN 150 – DN 500 - Shapes of flanges: round/round, round/rectangular
- Material design: cast iron, stainless steel, optional coatings resistant to abrasion, corrosion, high temperature
- Capacity up to 180 m3/h (for efficiency = 100%)
- Maximum operating differential pressure (inlet/outlet) up to 1.5 bar
- Dustproof bearings mounted outside the valve
- Selection of an optimum solution
- Installing, commissioning, service
