The WOLFF GROUP is the “Certified Assembly Partner for Explosion Protected Products” which authorises it to prefabricate a wide range of electrical equipment intended for operation in hazardous areas. Thanks to this, the Group can execute orders according to clients’ needs, while ensuring the highest quality.
Recently, the WOLFF GROUP has prefabricated and delivered explosion-proof electrical equipment that will be used in a newly designed system in one of the fuel companies.
The order included 156 terminal boxes, which have been custom configured. The manufacture of devices made of plastic significantly improves resistance to corrosion and high temperature and makes it possible to use them even in the most difficult industrial conditions.
The terminal boxes meet the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX). They will be intended for operation in a zone 1 hazardous area.
