The RFT thermostat manages the temperature of heated liquid media. The electronic circuitry is installed in a flameproof enclosure approved for potentially explosive atmospheres classified as Zone 1 or 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC). The thermostat can be installed on processing tanks or other processing equipment types. The installation is possible with a flanged connection port or a tapped end. The thermostat is compatible with Wolff’s Ex-proof electric heaters.
The HIH flameproof enclosure is designed to fit in most standard transmitter / transducer types. This product is compatible with WIKA® brand transmitters, but it can also be customized for compatibility with transmitters from Siemens®, Rosemount® or Yokogawa®. The transmitter enclosure is ATEX-certified for operation in explosive gas atmospheres (classified as Zone 1 and 2) and explosive dust atmospheres (Zone 21 and 22).
The HFT thermostat features an Ex-proof enclosure. It can be applied in potentially explosive atmospheres classified as Zone 1, 2, 21, and 22. The HFT thermostat is designed for ambient temperature management in indoor workplaces and storage areas. It is most often used with electric heaters, including fan heaters.
The FXT thermostat is ATEX-certified for operation in Ex-zones as a smart and energy-saving temperature management solution for heaters rated up to 2 kW. The setpoint of the product can be customized on order. The FXT thermostats are designed as accessories for range of cabinet and enclosure heaters, although they can work in other applications.
The AFT universal thermostat can be provided with an Ex-proof or weather-proof housing. The thermostat is compatible with range of Ex-proof electric heaters. All thermostats are certified for explosive gas atmospheres classified as Zone 1 or 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC). The AFT thermostat features a fast and precise ambient temperature setting feature to heat the space quickly to the desired temperature.
