For a newly constructed cellulose sponge production plant, the WOLLF GROUP supplied a comprehensive system for the detection of carbon disulphide, level of oxygen and hydrogen sulphide.
The system consists of over a dozen detectors and a central unit. Alarm signals determine the operation of the main and emergency ventilation systems, optical/acoustic signalling devices and fire safety infrastructure.
The application is demanding due to the problematic medium of carbon disulphide – its high level of toxicity, flammability and instability.
