We provide selection, delivery, installation and servicing of industrial electric space heaters certified for Ex-zones. The products are ATEX-certified for installation in explosive gas or dust atmospheres (Zones 1 and 2 or 21 and 22). The heaters can be supplied with integrated thermostat controls or external, wall-mounted thermostat controls. The FAW radiator heater is ATEX, IECEX and CAS certified for installation in indoor spaces (in the standard version) or inside switchgear and controlgear cabinets (in the compact version). The products are intended for indoor heating of workplaces in warehouse buildings, hangars, processing plant rooms and similar locations where explosive gas atmosphere is present. The space heaters can be optionally provided with ATEX-certified thermostat controls. The space heaters can be installed on the floor or suspended above it.
The FCR convector heater is approved for operation in explosive gas atmospheres. The product is available with ATEX, IECEX, CSA, and CU TR certification. The standard rated power 1, 2 or 3 kW, depending on the model. The heater provides an extremely heavy-duty design with a small base and can be placed on a floor or wall-mounted. The product is compatible with single or three-phase alternating current supply systems. The options available upon request include thermostat controls for the heaters.
The FLR electric oil-filled heater is Ex-proof for Zone 1 and 2 (IIA, IIB, IIC) or Zone 21 and 22 (IIIA, IIIB, IIIC). The product is ATEX, EAC, Ex t IIIC, Ex d IIC and IP6X certified. The standard rated power 1, 2 or 3 kW, depending on the model. The heater features a robust design with first-class components. It can work on single-phase alternating current. Optional accessories ensure secure installation on a floor or a wall. The heater is provided with a thermostat for heat output control and the integrated thermal cut-out which keeps the temperature below 80°C.
The FWD electric radiator heater is intended for use in explosive atmospheres (Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22). The product is available with ATEX, IECEx, CCU TR, and KGS certification. The standard rated power ranges from 0.5 kW to 2 kW, depending on the model. The heater features a robust carbon steel body (or, optionally, made of stainless steel) with a powder coating finish for corrosion protection.
The ATEX electric heater type FWD-T with an external intuitive thermostat designed for use in gas and dust explosion hazard zones. The device is ATEX, IECEx, and CCU TR certified. Its standard power is from 0.5kW to 2kW. The heater is characterised by a corrosion-resistant aluminium design, which is additionally protected by powder paint. The device can be powered from a single-phase power supply source. It is possible to replace individual heating elements during operation, which allows to minimise the costs.
