Solvent vacuum distiller – ASC

The ASC solvent distillation plant is designed for customers requiring a capacity of 300 to 30 000 l per day of waste produced. The plant is equipped with a conical stainless steel distillation tank and an integrated high-performance steam generator for efficient operation (from ASC-150 onwards). The level control system maintains a constant amount of solvent inside the evaporator and guarantees continuous operation for 24 hours. The vacuum unit reduces the boiling point (even by half) and thus prevents unwanted decomposition of the solvent and impurities. The combination of homogeneous mixing and scrapers working on the walls of the vessel ensures optimal heat transfer to the distilled liquid. The result of these design solutions is fast solvent heating and high distillation efficiency, even with partial filling.

The entire distillation process is controlled and monitored by the SIEMENS microprocessor. The rotating scraper and the conical design of the evaporator base ensure that the sludge is easily drained through the centrally located outlet underneath the chamber, so that manual cleaning is no longer necessary.
