Decompression panels

Decompression panels provide a simple yet effective method of minimizing the effects of an explosion by releasing pressure and flames from the interior of the protected device to the surroundings, thus preventing it from tearing apart. When deciding to use decompression panels, it is important to remember that they have many limitations (e.g., they should not be used inside rooms, and the discharge of explosion effects must not be directed towards other devices, pedestrian paths, roads, buildings, etc.).
